When We Will Normally Provide a Refund

A refund will normally be appropriate when:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• payment was successfully completed but Soulena cannot provide access to the purchased reading;
• a significant technical failure prevented the purchased reading from being delivered; or
• Soulena determines that a refund is appropriate because of another payment or service error.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, use the email address associated with the Stripe purchase.

We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate the transaction.

Successfully Delivered Readings

Tarot interpretation is subjective.

If your complete purchased reading was successfully generated, made available to you, and unlocked, the purchase is normally considered complete.

We generally do not provide refunds solely because:

• you disagree with the interpretation;
• the reading did not tell you what you hoped to hear;
• you do not believe a card was relevant;
• a prediction or possibility mentioned in the reading does not occur; or
• you change your mind after receiving the complete reading.

This does not affect any refund or consumer right that applicable law requires us to provide.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged twice, contact [email protected] so we can investigate.

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, you should also contact your card issuer or payment provider promptly.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time after a refund has been issued.
