1. About Soulena

Soulena provides personalized digital tarot readings intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase services from Soulena.

By using Soulena, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. What Soulena Provides

Soulena allows you to:

• submit a question;
• optionally provide additional context;
• participate in a digital tarot-card selection experience;
• receive a free preview or portion of a reading; and
• purchase access to the complete personalized reading.

The exact features, format, price, and availability of Soulena may change over time.

A purchase is currently a one-time purchase of access to a specific digital tarot reading. It is not a subscription unless Soulena clearly tells you otherwise before purchase.

4. Tarot and AI Disclaimer

Soulena is a reflective and entertainment product.

Tarot interpretations are symbolic and subjective. They do not establish facts about your life and do not predict future events with certainty.

Soulena may use artificial intelligence to generate or assist with personalized interpretations.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate for your circumstances.

Soulena does not guarantee:

• that a prediction will occur;
• that another person thinks, feels, or intends something;
• a particular relationship outcome;
• employment or career outcomes;
• financial returns;
• legal outcomes;
• health outcomes;
• specific future events; or
• any supernatural accuracy.

The tarot cards used in your reading are selected by Soulena’s application logic. The AI interpretation system does not independently choose which cards you receive.

5. Not Professional Advice

Soulena does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

Do not use a Soulena reading as a substitute for qualified professional advice or as the sole basis for an important decision involving your health, safety, finances, legal rights, employment, or another person’s wellbeing.

If you need professional assistance, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

6. Your Questions and Context

You are responsible for the information you choose to submit.

Do not submit:

• information you do not have the right to provide;
• passwords or authentication credentials;
• complete payment-card or bank-account numbers;
• government identification numbers;
• highly confidential records unnecessary for the reading;
• unlawful content; or
• content intended to abuse, damage, or interfere with the service.

You understand that information you submit may be processed by AI service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Purchases

Prices are shown before checkout.

Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout.

By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed to you.

A successful payment gives you access to the purchased reading, subject to these Terms.

Soulena may use your purchaser email address and transaction information to verify purchases and help restore access when reasonably possible.

8. Access to Purchased Readings

Soulena will make reasonable efforts to provide access to a successfully purchased reading.

Because current reading access may depend partly on browser or session information, changing devices, browsers, cookies, or privacy settings may affect automatic access.

If you paid for a reading and cannot access it, contact [email protected] using the email address associated with your purchase whenever possible.

We may request reasonable information to locate and verify the transaction.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Soulena Refund Policy.

In general, Soulena may provide refunds for duplicate charges, payments where the purchased reading cannot reasonably be accessed, or significant technical failures that prevent delivery.

A reading that has been successfully generated, delivered, and unlocked is normally not refundable solely because you disagree with or dislike its interpretation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Soulena available and functioning, but continuous operation is not guaranteed.

The service depends on third-party systems, including hosting infrastructure, payment providers, and AI providers. These services may experience outages, delays, errors, capacity limitations, or other failures.

We may:

• temporarily suspend features;
• retry or change AI providers;
• restrict generation during capacity problems;
• perform maintenance;
• modify features; or
• discontinue part or all of the service.

Where you have paid for a reading that we cannot provide, contact support for assistance or a refund where appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

Soulena’s software, branding, interface, designs, written materials, prompts, generated presentation format, and other proprietary elements are owned by or licensed to Soulena, except where otherwise stated.

These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use Soulena for its intended purpose.

You may keep and use your purchased reading for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• copy or reproduce substantial portions of Soulena as a competing service;
• reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use automated systems to abuse or overload Soulena;
• bypass payment or access controls; or
• falsely imply affiliation with or endorsement by Soulena.

12. User Content

You retain whatever rights you have in the question and contextual information you submit.

You give Soulena permission to process that information solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

This includes processing needed to generate your reading through third-party AI services.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use Soulena to:

• violate applicable law;
• interfere with the service or other users;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• circumvent payment restrictions;
• distribute malicious software;
• perform abusive automated requests; or
• use the service in a way that creates unreasonable technical, security, or legal risk.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Soulena, its users, or its service providers.

14. Third-Party Services

Soulena relies on third-party services including payment processors, infrastructure providers, and AI providers.

Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Soulena is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Your experience with a tarot reading is inherently subjective.

Soulena does not promise that:

• you will find a reading useful;
• a reading will match your beliefs;
• an interpretation will prove accurate;
• your circumstances will change;
• another person’s behavior will change; or
• any particular outcome will occur.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soulena is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soulena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from reliance on a tarot interpretation or AI-generated content.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Changes to Soulena or These Terms

Soulena may evolve over time.

We may modify features, pricing, or these Terms.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where legally required.

The version in effect when you make a purchase will apply to that transaction except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

Soulena is operated by an individual based in Thailand.

Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right, or a right to bring a claim in a forum, that the law where you live gives you and does not permit us to exclude.
